Charlie McGinnis is a trial lawyer with over 35 years of experience representing working people and providing for their legal needs. Charlie represents  injured individuals and provides our clients with estate planning and probate court representation. He has taught attorney continuing education courses on trusts, wills, and estate planning and has been a frequent lecturer for union, pre-retirement and retiree groups.  A member of the Ohio Association of Justice as well as other national, state and local bar associations, he currently serves on the Cincinnati Bar Association Ethics Committee. Charlie also served as Executive Director of the Ohio Legal Services Fund and is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law. He and his wife are active in various community groups and are avid martial artists.
