Mark Napier, a partner at Freking & Betz, is a trial lawyer who after serving as an assistant county prosecuting attorney has been in private practice for nearly thirty years.

Mark represents persons seriously hurt or killed by others due to negligence or violent crimes. He is a board of trustees/representative-at-large member of the Ohio Association for Justice, formerly the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, a board of trustees member and officer of the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the American Association for Justice. He has served as a lecturer to other attorneys on various continuing education topics, including personal injury law. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Law where he served as an Associate Editor for the Law Review. He is also a member of the American Inns of Court. He has been recognized by Law & Politics Magazine as an “Ohio Super Lawyer” in the Plaintiff Personal Injury category.
