Leanne Montgomery joined Freking & Betz in 2003, from a practice focusing on estate planning and probate matters.  After practicing for the firm in the area of employment law, Leanne practices exclusively in the area of wills, trusts and estate administration.  Leanne is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor on the Law Review Board.

Leanne is a member of the American, Ohio , and Cincinnati Bar Associations, and a practicing member of the Ohio Bar and Southern District of Ohio Bar.  Leanne is a Fellow of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers.  In that capacity, Leanne serves as co-chair for the Cincinnati Public Schools Truancy Mediation Program.  A lifelong Cincinnatian and resident of Cincinnati, Leanne also served as a Director on the Walnut Hills High School Association Board.
