Katherine Daughtrey Neff received her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she served as the Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Club and as a Senior Articles Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly. A native of both Tennessee and Cincinnati, Kati received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in finance and returned to Cincinnati for her law degree.

Kati is a practicing member of both the Ohio Bar and the Southern District of Ohio Bar. She is also a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Young Lawyer's Section and the Cincinnati, Ohio and National Employment Lawyers Associations.

Kati serves as an advocate for current and former employees in all aspects of employment law.
