Elizabeth S. Loring
Elizabeth Loring received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served as Student Articles Editor of the College's Law Review, and earned a B.S. in Communications from Boston University in 1992. A native of the Boston area, Lisa worked in business marketing prior to her legal career. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment law, including age, sex, disability, and race discrimination, state and federal wage law, FMLA leave, employment contracts, employment-at-will, employee benefits, First Amendment retaliation, and workers compensation retaliation. Lisa is experienced in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Lisa was recognized in 2007 and 2009 as an Ohio Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers and has written and spoken on a number of legal issues including employment-at-will, alternative dispute resolution, and Ohio wage law. A practicing member of the American, Ohio, Cincinnati and federal bars, Lisa is active in the National Employment Lawyers Association at the local and state level. |
